Return & Refund Policy

Once product packaging has been opened, unsealed, punctured, or tampered with, no returns or refunds will be issued.

This policy exists to protect:

• Product efficacy
• Research integrity
• Contamination risk

Opened products are considered irreversibly compromised and cannot be resold, reused, or revalidated.

A return may be approved solely at our discretion under the following strict conditions:

1. The return request must be submitted within 5 days of delivery
2. The product must be:
   • Unopened
   • Unused
   • In original, sealed packaging
3. The product must be returned via USPS Priority Mail with tracking
4. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
5. The following will be deducted from any approved refund:
   • Original outbound shipping cost
   • $9.99 handling and restocking fee

Once an order is handed off to USPS, the carrier assumes control and responsibility for the shipment.

• Base Peptides is not responsible for loss, theft, delay, or damage during transit
• All outbound shipments are insured
• Customers may file a claim directly with USPS using their tracking number

Carrier insurance claims must be handled by the recipient, as USPS recognizes the recipient as the claimant once delivery responsibility transfers.

By completing a purchase using a credit or debit card, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Our products are sold strictly for laboratory research use
• Products are intended for use by qualified, skilled, and/or licensed professionals
• You forfeit the right to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for reasons including (but not limited to):
  • Dissatisfaction
  • Misuse
  • Misunderstanding of intended use
  • Research outcomes

Unauthorized disputes may result in:

• Immediate account termination
• Permanent ban from future purchases
• Documentation submitted to processors to contest disputes

Base Peptides offers a limited Efficacy Money-Back Guarantee under the following strict conditions:

A customer may qualify for:

• Full refund of the product purchase price, plus
• Store credit equal to the product cost

Eligibility Requirements:

All conditions must be met:

1. Product testing shows <99% purity
2. Testing is conducted by an approved third-party laboratory
3. Testing costs are paid entirely by the customer
4. Full laboratory results must be provided to Base Peptides
5. Base Peptides must be permitted to verify results directly with the testing facility
6. Product must have been purchased within the past 6 months
7. Product must not have been reconstituted

   Reconstitution permanently compromises efficacy and voids eligibility

Failure to meet any requirement voids this guarantee.

This policy does not apply to:

• Products used improperly or outside research standards
• Products altered, mishandled, or stored incorrectly
• Testing performed by unapproved or unverifiable facilities

All return, refund, exception, and guarantee determinations are made solely by Base Peptides. Abuse of this policy may result in refusal of service.
