All products sold by Base Peptides are strictly for laboratory research use only. We do not provide medical advice or guidance on personal use. If you are not an experienced researcher or qualified professional, we recommend that you do not place an order.

Ordering & Payments
We accept credit/debit cards, Cash App (with 15% discount), Zelle (with 15% discount), Bank Wire (with 25% discount), and Bitcoin (with 25% discount). The payment methods displayed at checkout are the only currently accepted options.
Email info@basepeptides.us with screenshots showing: payment method used, payment address or recipient, and transaction details (date, amount, status). This allows us to promptly locate and reconcile your payment.
No. For security reasons, payment methods cannot be changed after checkout. If you need a different method, please request cancellation and place a new order.
ID verification may be required for first-time credit card customers as a fraud-prevention measure. Once verified, it is typically not required again for future orders.

Shipping & Delivery
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days after payment verification. Most orders placed before 2 PM EST ship the same day.
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $200. Orders under $200 have a flat rate shipping fee.
Once USPS accepts a package, transit scans may be delayed. If tracking has not updated longer than expected, please contact your local USPS office.
Once USPS marks a package as delivered, only USPS can assist with locating it. Please contact your local USPS office directly.
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are exploring international shipping options for the future.
Promotions & Discounts
Discount codes must be entered at checkout before placing the order. If a code was missed, you may request cancellation and reorder with the correct code.
No. Promotions are limited-time offers and cannot be applied retroactively once an order has been placed or shipped.
Only one discount code can be applied per order. However, alternative payment method discounts (Cash App 15%, Bitcoin 25%) are separate from promotional codes.
